Gorilla Eye is a grassroots NGO based in Rushaga Village, on the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in Uganda. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to conserve nature, educate children, and empower communities.
We believe that the future of Bwindi's wildlife is deeply connected to the wellbeing of the people who live alongside it. That's why our work combines conservation projects, education initiatives like the HEART 2 HEART Nursery School, and community development programs that uplift vulnerable families — including the Batwa.
